Tandem Dog Training, LLC

My dog was an absolute spaz before our class with Tandem. She was so excited to receive a treat that instead of doing a single command, like "sit", she would "sit", "lay", "paw", and "speak" all in a matter of a couple seconds in order to get the treat as fast as she could. She was destructive, didn't listen and was terrible on a leash. This training course was our last resort before trying to find her a new home as we are expecting a baby soon. Now, Kairi is completely different. She listens, she pays attention to us and is patient when waiting for a command. Not to mention, she will now run with us off leash! It definitely took some dedication and work to get her to where she is, but we couldn't have done it without Nicole!

I 100% recommend Nicole!! I was a little skeptical at first because we had tried so many training methods with my dog (he is too hyper and would still bite at feet & hands) that this training wouldn’t work but even after the first session he improved so much! I love the convenience of having her come to our home because I feel like our pup learns better in his environment. She is super knowledgeable and educated me so much on my dog. I’m so glad I made the decision of getting him professionally trained! I know this will be one of our greatest investments. I still can’t thank her enough!

I had been looking for a bigger family dog and had to do a lot of persuading to my husband as we already had one dog. I found a Golden Retriever and spent all weekend bugging my husband about getting it! In the end I got him. I wanted to train him right from the start. I started inquiring about dog training and one of our friends told us about Tandem Dog Training. I called Nicole and had training set up for the following week! I was very impressed with her website and the information it provided! I liked looking at what had been posted of other dogs during training. Once our training started I was very comfortable with Nicole. The education/training was very easy to understand. She took time with us when we needed a little extra help with something. We have now finished our first session and can’t wait to move on to our next session. Even though we won’t start for a few months Nicole made it clear we could reach out anytime with questions or if we needed help!!
