I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for the incredible work Hugo has done with my dog. She came to him with severe anxiety and past trauma from a bad experience with a previous trainer, which had only made her behavior worse and increased her reactivity. I was nervous and unsure of what to expect, but from day one, he showed patience, compassion, and a deep understanding of her needs. Her progress has been amazing. Every day I see improvements. She’s calmer, more confident, and finally learning to trust again. It’s clear that Hugo truly cares about the dogs he works with. His knowledge, consistency, and dedication have made all the difference for us. I’m genuinely impressed and so thankful to have found a trainer who not only understands her challenges but is committed to helping her become the best version of herself, while also providing me with helpful strategies to implement at home.
