Tampa Dog Bootcamp

Luke did such a great job with our Teddy! He is a very stubborn Pomsky and used to completely ignore us when we'd call his name. After training with Luke for 2 short weeks, it was like we had a whole new dog! Not only does he come when he's called, but now he obeys basic commands like sit, place, and heel. We still have a strong willed boy, but now he's learned some manners thanks to Luke's time and patience ❤️

We picked up our Marty a week ago from his training with Luke, and wow, what a difference! Marty was pulling the leash on walks, barking non-stop at people and cars going by. Going totally crazy when he saw bicycles. Even in the house, every small noise outside would make him bark and run to all the windows. He would growl at men sometimes. He also stole and destroyed many, many socks and shoes, and would run away if we try to get him to drop the item he stole-and he's very fast:). He's also playful and fun, and loved going to dog parks and play with his neighborhood buddies. But it was getting difficult taking him on walks, or anywhere. We've tried basic training classes, and we did get to sit and stay pretty consistently, in the house with no distractions. But that's it. We've been doing the homework Luke gave us this past week. He's now walking by our side with no pull on the leash and we've even had successful no-leash walks in the backyard and on our street. He drops any sock or shoe when we say Off, or does not pick them up if we see it in time. It might take 2-3 calls sometimes, but he always comes, and places nicely. No more crazy barking, either. His anxiety has decreased tremendously, and he's so much fun to take on walks. He also seems more confident and comfortable around people. We are going to take him shopping and to a cafe next week. I can't recommend Tampa Dog Bootcamp and Luke enough. If your dog has any issues, don't hesitate. Just go.

I have a year old Standard Goldendoodle, named Archie, and had taken him to two trainers prior to Tampa Dog Bootcamp and nothing seemed to worked. Then I was introduced to Luke and his incredible program. Prior to Luke, Archie was your typical overly hyper Goldendoodle. He would jump all over guests who came over, and through not understanding his size, I was frequently nervous about him being around kids or elderly people. Additionally, Archie had A LOT of anxiety (both separation anxiety and other forms). Through that, he developed a bad habit of grazing his teeth over peoples' wrists (I heard it is a poodle thing) and that also made me nervous for him to be around people. But Luke, with so much love and patience for these dogs, undid ALL of that. I left him with Luke for 3-weeks, and it made me feel comfortable that Archie was training in a loving and sweet environment. Throughout those three weeks, Luke was responsive and transparent with how Archie was doing — providing pictures and answering my texts and calls whenever. When I picked up Archie, he was a brand new dog, but still had his sweet and spunky character. Through learning with Luke, I can now walk him without a leash, take him literally ANYWHERE, and have a peace of mind that he will listen to me. I can't recommend Luke enough!!! He is the BEST!
