Do you train dogs do become service dogs?
No they don't, they train obedience with vibrating/shock collars. Pack boarding, no training of employees, you can judge for yourself.

Do you do any potty training ?
Yes. Taming the Wild provides Housebreaking training as well as all other dog training needs.

Ashley did a GREAT job with our 9 month old puppy! She was very thorough in debriefing me on what needed to continue to happen at home, and I know I can lean on her if I have any other questions!
Ashley did an amazing job with the 3 week board and train with my big girl Luna. She kept me up to date and thoroughly explained how to use the tools on pick up day. It’s been over a month and Ashley still reaches out to follow up on our progress! I love the classes that are offered as refreshers. Would recommend this place again and again.
We absolutely loved our experience with Taming the Wild! Ashley is an incredible trainer—patient and knowledgeable. Daisy has made so much progress, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Taming the Wild enough! My dog, Millie, started out with a lot of impulse control issues like jumping, barking, pulling on the leash, and more. I enrolled her in there 3-week board and train, and while I was definitely nervous dropping her off (especially with her barking and being unfamiliar with the environment), she absolutely thrived there. Our trainer, Ashley, worked incredibly well with Millie and taught her so many commands that she still uses daily. Ashley consistently sent pictures and videos of Millie’s progress, which was so reassuring and showed just how much she was learning. Millie learned commands like Heel, Stay, Place, Down, Off, Out, and the results have been amazing. She no longer pulls when walking on a leash and can even walk off-leash, which I never thought would be possible. The improvement she made in such a short time is incredible. If I learned anything from this experience, it’s to trust when they say “consistency is key.” Taming the Wild truly sets both the dogs and owners up for success.
