FirstBarkTaming the Wild has been GREAT for our puppy! The trainers and staff are very approachable with any questions and are wonderful about sending updates and pictures of our puppy throughout the board and train experience. Happy owner and happy pup!

Do you train dogs do become service dogs?
No they don't, they train obedience with vibrating/shock collars. Pack boarding, no training of employees, you can judge for yourself.

Do you do any potty training ?
Yes. Taming the Wild provides Housebreaking training as well as all other dog training needs.

We have experienced a night and day difference with our dog, Champ. Ashley and the entire team at Taming the Wild were very professional, and we are so encouraged by the results we see with our boy! If you are on the fence about if their program can help train your dog—just do it. One of the best decisions that we have made for Champ and our family! Thank you again!
This is truly the best dog training facility in Memphis, TN. Ashley Z. and her team did an outstanding job training Biscuit with the enhanced board and train program. I highly recommend Ashley Z. and everyone at Taming the Wild! Ashley, Mackenzie and Emily have also been working with Biscuit in the refresher classes and agility training.

We are extremely pleased with her progress and we are continuing her training at home. McKenzie gave us all lessons when we picked Brookie up. They took very good care of her during boarding too. McKenzie would send text updates with pictures! I highly recommend Taming the Wild for training and boarding. This is our 2nd dog to complete their training (1st dog was 12 years ago - ProTrain). The new facility is the finest and cleanest I have ever seen. Stop by for a consultation and you will see the difference.

I can’t rave enough about Taming the Wild! Emily was our trainer and she did absolutely AMAZING!! When we got Baloo back he had learned so much it blew our minds! The way she expained everything and guided us on how to continue at home has really helped us to continue building on his training. The training, the facility, and the communication far exceeded our expectations, but what we appreciated above all that was the love she gave our litttle guy! Knowing he was in such good hands and being cared for as we care for him made it a little easier being away from him for two weeks. If you are thinking about going with them for training I highly suggest it!! They are the best!!
