If you have a cute little pooch, an easy going lab or any breed that is chill this trainer is ok. However, if you own any breed or canine that requires a more complicated behavioral technique steer clear of Charlotte. Actually, she may need a behaviorist herself :-) If your dog requires a knowledgeable and professional trainer because you have a dog that is a little more complicated she's not the trainer you want. She is not equipped to do the job. I think she knows this, because when I called her back for advice after her course work to work with my German Shepherd on some of the more complicated behaviors the puppy had she avoided answering or working with me. Note, my Shepherd is not mean or aggressive. Also, Charlotte has a hyper personality and can be very nasty to undeserving owners. She made me feel terrible. A bit sadistic. I have a German Shepherd that is not from her breeding stock and she was nothing but nasty to me. Not a nice person. I would steer clear of her if you have a German Shepherd or any dog that needs more than the basics. I know someone that bought one of her German Shepherd puppies years ago, and I was told by them that this German Shepherd had serious genetic health issues. She breeds hock walker types.
