Tails We Win Dog Training

Dog has prior obedience and agility experience. New to the area, emailed weeks prior letting them know we wanted to come check it out. Email back said we could come check out any class. Packed up the baby, coordinated time off work and drove over 30 min to attend a class. Got there and was immediately met with crossed arms and a “not today” attitude. We were all very disappointed. We just wanted to get our dog back into a class even if it wasn’t “up to our level” and were told, “ you won’t get anything out of it”. Shouldn’t that be or call? Does that matter? Also that there were dogs there that wouldn’t do well with a new dog. Isn’t that part of training your dog through obedience- learning to control how your dog reacts to other dogs? So we couldn’t come in- not even to watch…. We just wanted our dog to get back to something familiar. It was very weird and off putting. So we will instead drive over an hour back to our previous school. I hope others have a way better experience, just a shame
