Kenny understood the problem and was well-informed. By using the information provided, I was able to immediately diagnose the piping issue with my water heater. For the purpose of clearing a pipe, Kenny was able to visit on the same day that we contacted. Talking to and understanding him was a breeze. After describing the required actions and related costs, he accepted an internet voucher. He was prompt, courteous, and helpful. He did a great job. Moreover, he offered other upkeep guidelines that can help prevent blockages in the future. Outstanding customer service.
