Tails of Success Dog Training

Our family adopted a Chesapeake Bay Retriever last January. We had never owned a big dog before particularly one as intelligent and strong willed as a Chessie. We called Josh and within 2 sessions we had trained our dog to stay in place and follow basic commands. Josh has a gentle yet commanding presence with dogs and makes training simple. He gears his training to fit the needs of the client. We are so happy with our new puppy and Josh helped to make this possible. I highly recommend Tails of Success Dog Training!

Josh has been amazing to work with! Ziva has had a hard time grasping the concept of heel. I had tried everything under the sun and worked with several other trainers and nobody could communicate with her what she needed to do. Josh was able to make that easy to teach and perfect. He helps create a successful learning environment for you and your dog. He demonstrates a concept and then watches you do what he just taught you and helps you by giving positive constructive feedback. We look forward to every training session with him and Ozzie (his demonstration dog)! I highly recommend him as a trainer no matter the level of you and your dog. He tailors training to you and your dog, because every dog is unique.
