Tail Lights Dogs, llc

I spent a great deal of time looking for facility to board my two small rescue dogs Bob and Bitsy. Tail Lights Dogs was recommended to me by a local trainer. I called for an appointment and toured the facility after the day campers had left for the day. I was relieved my dogs got their first introduction to people rather than unfamiliar dogs. When I walked through the boarding area I found it to be a home like atmosphere. cozy rooms, soft lights and music and I was amazed at how nice it smelled. Safety and well being of my dogs are at the top of the list. I was again relieved to know they have 24/7 security monitoring system, On-call veterinarian as well as overnight staff. Bob my 9 lb poodle can be insecure in a new environment. I was assured Playtime is always supervised and only with other small dogs. The first time they boarded I was told to go to the website that night and check out the photos. It made me happy to see their little smiling faces and my Bob sitting on the lap of one of the staff. The only thing that concerned me at that point is whether they would want to come home. I have been boarding my dogs at tail lights since they first opened in 2011 and would not consider boarding them anywhere else.

I contacted the group to ask for a quick tour of their facility and to ask a few questions in person... they refused to see me unless I came for "orientation" and I also had to bring my dog... I couldn't bring my dog so they insisted I bring her before they would even "consider" me.My dog would be housed alone so I didn't see why I needed to bring her she's a small loving dog..well I guess you guys must be doing really darn good because you just lost a future customer. I'll take my business else where..
