Tactical Treats and Training

Looking for a training program was so stressful. I felt disconnected from most trainers I spoke to, and, felt like I was being “sold a product” with others. Impersonal meetings with people who seemed less interested in my pup succeeding than in the profit. I was about to give up hope when my neighbor suggested Gianna and Ryan. I was immediately impressed with how well they listened, and how thoughtful their questions were. My dog, Ferd, who was (note the *was*) notoriously leash reactive was able to take off his muzzle in about five minutes with them, already completely comfortable. The four week stay program was suggested for Ferd to increase his confidence, and work on his leash reactivity, nervousness, and food issues. I missed him incredibly, but Gianna sent me videos of pictures every day and it looked like he was having the time of his life. The entire process, Gianna walked me through his progress, tips and tricks, and I got to visit him at one point!! When Ferdinand came home, I couldn’t believe how well behaved he was on the leash. We are working hard to keep up his training at home- I truly think he’s a happier and less anxious pup with the structure. And I’m less nervous to walk him! I can’t thank tactical treats enough…the experience was worth every penny.

Gianna and Ryan were amazing to work with! They are professional, knowledgeable, honest and caring. We sent our 7 year old poodle mix for two weeks of training to focus mostly on his biting. They not only gave us strategies as owners to understand our dog better and keep his behaviors in check, but they also worked with our dog to obey commands and walk properly on a leash without being reactive towards dogs or people. Since sending our dog to training Gianna and Ryan have continued to be only a text away when we have a question or concern! We cannot recommend them enough!
