Tactical K9s Dog Training

As a client who took obedience training with my Cane Corso, I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Before I would have a ton of worries on my mind when walking him, but now I feel confident taking him anywhere! We are super proud of the progress he has made in the short amount of time. Eric has made the learning process fun and engaging, which helped to keep my pup and myself focused and motivated. With the classes and doing the work, you will definitely see a transformation. We are now continuing with protection training and will also take his future group classes. We have wanted to do protection training from the beginning but we really appreciate how he informed of us everything that comes with it, changes that would have to be made, and what my pup has to work on. Eric leads integrity and his passion. We can’t wait to continue our journey!

Back in December, my dad had a heart attack, which resulted in him having a quadruple bypass surgery. Due to our stressful situation, it was difficult for my family & I to take train of our new maltipoo puppy, Sherlock. Tactical K9s Dog Training was the perfect place to board & train him. Before boarding, he struggled with separation anxiety & excessive chewing. After one month of training, his separation anxiety is almost nonexistent & he know busies himself with his toys as opposed to chewing on our carpet (LOL). Eric & Nicole not only give their customers an incredible foundation to training, but they also are professional, considerate & are genuine in all that they do. Eric from Tactical K9’s is the real deal!! He was recommended to us by a friend who completed the board and train and was beyond satisfied. I decided to give it a try with my 11 month old puppy who was super reactive to dogs. Prior to the board and train program, it was nearly impossible to take him out to places with other dogs. He would lunge and jump at every dog he saw and was constantly pulling on the leash. After the 2 week board and train program, I immediately saw a huge difference in his behavior. He was way more patient, listening, and engaging more. After the 2 weeks of training, Eric will meet with you 2 times to help you ensure that you are keeping consistent with training, which was very helpful for me. Whenever I had any questions, I knew I could send over a message any time and Eric was quick to respond. Now, my dog is able to sit and wait patiently, walk through crowds, and more importantly, he can pass a dog with lunging!! Really satisfied with my experience with Tactical K9s and could not recommend enough!!

Leo my 1 1/2 year old Dalmatian completed the board and train program. Eric the lead trainer worked with him on obedience and protection training. I have been beyond impressed with Leo’s transformation. I am so satisfied. I recommend you working with Tactical K9s. Eric and Nicole are great with communication. I received daily updates of Leo’s training. I felt secure that they were taking care of my dog. They really took care of him. Leo came back home very obedient and also super fit.

I highly recommend Tactical k9s to everyone of my friends and family. Prior to him I had went to someone and I regretted it, never went back. I met Eric earlier this year after I rescued my pooch and not only did he help me with her, my perception of animals and people did change. See Eric has a unique way of his view on life. Not only does he train the dog but he also builds the handler ( aka the owner) and approaches people differently to help suit there habits and not a one size fits all approach. I got to see this at group events he held. Some people live busier lives too so to combat this he’s really flexible with meetups and the homework he assigns. Now speaking in how Eric helped me not just from what I saw, my dog is phenomenal compared to the day I got her. Everyone always asks me how is she so obedient, how is she so controlable, how’d you get her to do this, etc, etc, etc. I can’t take her out without someone complimenting her and that’s thanks to Eric. Maybe she’s gifted and that might be her genes and I don’t argue back because it’s unbelievable that she was a dog no one wanted, no record of any breeder, and not too sure where her life started since she was passed around from at least 5 different homes before she got to me but you can also look at it as this dog was looked at as a lost cause and so many others quit on her. Eric took time to figure out what she needed and what I needed to do so because of that I’ll forever be grateful. In my opinion I strongly recommend taking your dog to Eric for training and even at the least for suggestions. He’s extremely affordable, unique, and well educated. 5 stars
