My dog was in boarding with them 3 years ago. Trent’s staff abused my dog. Because this is a black owned company, I didn’t want to go to court or hurt this man’s company. He apologized for his staff and my dog didn’t show any ill will to him so I know that he, himself was not the abuser. He admitted that it was his staff and that he was going to fire them. He even told me that if she needed anything to reach out and his vet would be able to help. My dog ended up needing CCL surgery. all I asked was for assistance with the cost of surgery. Trent started ignoring me. I asked for his insurance info - because surely when owning a business like this, you must have insurance for these types of on incidents.. he continued ignoring me. I asked what vet he used.. ignored. Anytime I asked for any information, he completely ignored me. DO NOT SEND YOUR DOG HERE.
