There are big things that make a difference: the dog doesn't pull on the leash when we're walking or running. She doesn't run away when I let her out to go potty. But it's the simple things too. The dog waits for permission to walk through a door and doesn't trip me. She waits for permission to get on the couch. We adore this dog, and we wholeheartedly recommend Steven's training.
