Everyone at supreme K 9 is truly amazing at what they do. Our 8 month old puppy is about to complete his 3 week school program for basic manners and obedience, focusing on some of his own issues as well. I was hesitant at first to put a puppy into a training program because I truly didn’t think it would work, I cannot even begin to explain how wrong we were! Not only has our puppy learned so much, but we as owners learned as well. The trainers truly care about your dogs, are beyond knowledgeable and take the time to explain, show & answer all questions during sessions. In just 3 short weeks we’ve seen such a difference in our dogs behaviors. We’re truly so so thankful for everyone at supreme K9 for loving what they do and being so patient with our little guy! 100000/10 Also, they share updates throughout the day on their instagram story which to me is just beyond amazing

I reached out hoping to find the right training program for my puppy, but the experience was disappointing. They rarely return calls, often don’t answer when called, and instead respond later by email. Communication felt one-sided, and concerns about behavioral needs were not properly addressed. The team was rude at times, made inaccurate assumptions, and took no accountability for miscommunication. Their agreement has strict non-refundable terms and no guarantees. Overall, not a supportive or transparent experience. Disappointed by the lack of transparency and clarity, I chose not to proceed. I hope others ask detailed questions before committing.

We just completed our private training program with Nancy at the studio for two of our dogs that needed some help with both potty training and reactivity in and outside of the home. Nancy was great to work with - always had an answer to any problem area we shared, gave us a lot of info to understand why dogs do what they do, and provided actionable training steps to help with all issues. It was very educational. Nancy was attentive, solution-oriented, patient in sharing Supreme K9’s training methods, very in tune with our dogs, and gave us the tools to better understand and help them. We still have work to do at home, but if you’re willing to take the time to work closely with your dog(s) on problem areas and be consistent in their training you will see success in behavioral outcomes. We have seen improvements and look forward to seeing our dogs have continued success. I highly recommend Supreme K9 for training guidance!

If you are hesitating making the move to reach out to Supreme K9, this is your sign to go for it! I could not recommend Otto and his team enough. They helped us through some very tricky situations with our very reactive, very sensitive, very emotional dog, Meadow. The whole team breaks down each step of training so humans can understand and better listen to our dogs. Otto literally speaks dog and give such valuable information in such a short amount of time. Nancy was amazing with Meadow and truly understood what it took to help us with her. It started with leash and walking drills and turned into Meadow being able to come on command no matter where she is! Her reactivity is always a work in progress but the team at supreme K9 showed us how to use tools and communication to combat it. This is a very overdue review and I could write for pages about Meadow’s progress but I wanted give credit where its due for us making progress with our girl!
