Jackie and everyone at Superstar Service Dogs have been amazing with helping us on the journey of training a service dog! They care about you personally and want to do everything to help you succeed as a team. Training with them is the best! We drove every 2 weeks 4 hours one way to learn from them, and for anyone out there researching companies, the drive was totally worth it every time! They also offer board and train if the drive isnt possible for some. I will recommend them to everyone looking for service dogs in my area! Thank you all so much for helping me get my life back and my independence and helping Raven learn so much!

After speaking with Jackie over the phone a multitude of times, (and lots of detailed planning) my boyfriend and I set out to meet the team! After driving all the way from Texas to meet them, I can say with confidence, it was definitely worth it. Jackie and her associates are very willing to help, they’ve continuously shown us patience, compassion, and understanding. They made us feel very welcome and I never felt judged at any point. They go beyond helping you with training and I feel they are the only program I’ve seen that shows genuine care for their clients. We also met our service dog for the first time! Though I was a bit nervous Jackie and her team helped us make a meaningful bond with her, she really is the best dog I could’ve asked for and were so happy to have her apart of our family.

Jackie and her team of trainers are fantastic! They work hard and go out of there way to accommodate the needs of their clients. We've been so impressed with the professional dog training they've provided. It's not only great dog training, as a person with a severe disability, they make me feel welcome and comfortable. We'll never take out dogs anywhere else! Cannot recommend them highly enough.
