I highly recommend Jackie and her entire team at Superstar Service Dogs, LLC. Through working with Jackie she has shown me what it takes to provide good structure and boundaries through positive reinforcement training. Jackie’s deep understanding of dog psychology shines through in her programs she has built. We’ve been through her basic obedience and are currently working towards becoming a certified therapy dog. Each individual and group training is packed full of new material and we’ve learned so so much. Raising a puppy, no doubt, can be hard and challenging but the impact of all our training sessions has made this time be very rewarding. It’s also not only about training your dog but also giving me the tools and guidance to be the best leader for my dog!

Jackie has been able to assist our dog with behavioral issues. During individual sessions we work on task designed to resolve these issues. With only a few sessions we have already learned a lot and have seen the change in our dog. Group “puppy” class is not your typical class of walking in circles with lots of other puppies. It’s a room full of different level dogs including a lot of service dogs. Providing an environment for your dog to learn how to be comfortable in. I would highly recommend Jackie for any training needs.

I am a wheelchair user and I get my English yellow lab trained there and to put it short all workers/trainers have been AMAZING! My dog is being trained for my very unique special needs and they doing everything they can to make it the best possible. To even swipe a VNS magnet that he wears for my seizures. If you need service dog training or just your basic training they are the place to go! Extremely kin, loving, and knowledgeable! Handicap accessible training for chair users!
