It’s been about 4 months since I brought my dog, Jack, to do beginner lessons with Frances. While I love my boy, I wasn’t sure how well he would take to the lessons since I took him in as a stray and he was already about 2 and it’s harder to train when they are older. But Frances proved that it’s not impossible to train them. 4 months later (and going to be honest not consistent with working with him because my work life got insane for a little while), he is still retaining what he learned in that class. He definitely prefers to do everything with a food reward, but he’s gotten to the point where he doesn’t need it. Him learning his name better and “leave it” are enough for me to give 5 stars because those two have made my life so much easier with him, but all the other things taught in the class as well as her patience with the dogs and how she shows she cares about the dogs is what made me actually write a review (which I almost never do).

Mrs Frances is a delight to work with! She is kind, patient, and most of all, incredibly knowledgeable in her skill! Her training has changed my world for the better. If you are considering, just do it! I have not personally used her boarding services, but can confidently recommend any of her services. Her grounds are well kept and safe for boarding with plenty of options for enrichment. Thank you Sunpaws!
