Sunnyside Training Center

They were recommended to us. Their website instructs you that you must look at the calendar for when there are puppy classes and then register and pay before you can be officially registered. Ok. I follow rules. I paid the fee and filled out the form on Sept. 11. No information showed up despite my asking which class I could attend in the form itself. I emailed them. I called and left a voice mail. I have never heard back as of more than a week later, and now I have to initiate a stop payment with my credit card company because of this. Please pay attention to the reviews that tell you this business is not responsive. They may know dogs, but they are not good at getting back to people. :(

Paid roughly $130 for weekly training classes. Attended the first class. Haven't been back and won't be able to attend further classes at this time due to severe anxiety of dog being in the car, with repeated vomiting and needing to either carry or drag her to the car (we're gently working on that) and some personal family issues. Called to inquire about a refund and left messages on several occasions over the last two weeks and they won't answer the phone or call us back. My wife and I have both attempted to reach them to no success.

I have never written a review before but I was compelled to do so given their poor business practice. I signed up for the puppy class online when they said the classes were on Mondays starting January 4th. On 12/30, I was informed that classes were starting up in the middle of January with classes on Mondays or potentially adding Thursdays as well. On 12/31, I was informed the classes would be on Saturdays. As of 1/10, I have yet to receive any communication from Sunnyside Training Center despite my repeated attempts to receive a refund due to the change in the day of classes conflicting with my schedule. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for reliable communication and fair business practice.
