FirstBarkVery rude over the phone right from the start. I questioned whether I should even bring my 2 dogs to her. Chalked it up to a bad day. When it came time to set up a time for arrivals she was rude yet again. So I just decided not to use her services. I have every belief that any animals in her care would be treated with the same manners.

We paid $900 to Sundowner Retrievers for their obedience training on August 24th-Sept 24th for our two black lab 5 month old puppies. Immediately when my wife got home with the dogs from training I was disappointed with how misbehaved the dogs still were. She told me it’s just because they are excited to be home. It is now October 12th, and I still do not see 30 days of training or a $900 value. I would not recommend Sundowner Retrievers for dog obedience training.
