Summit Canine

I came to Summit Canine with a lot of frustration with my dog. Reactive, poorly crate trained, anxious, insecure. The difference after two days of training was unbelievable. After two weeks, I feel much more confident in my ability to handle Piper and her behavior has drastically improved. Mike is so knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I have all the tools I need and I’m excited to see Piper continue to grow. He and Hailey were great at communicating with lots of pictures and videos. We’ll be back and I would recommend Summit Canine to anyone!

Highly recommended! Mike and team act as a link between world of humans and world of dogs! We were having hard time with our 11 month old cheerful labrador retriever, Milo. Being first time dog owner we weren’t sure what we could do! Not just Mike helped us understand Milo better, he also was quickly able to resolve the issues. JUST IN TWO DAYS! He provided continuous photos and videos of the training progress and also shared some tips via videos. Worth every penny and more! Can’t wait for remaining two sessions for Milo.

Summit Canine is a great resource for everything from over the phone training or behavior conversations as well as hands on one on one and group sessions. Mike helped me to learn the tools I needed to continue training not old my Labrador but his methods have helped me train multiple dogs since. His understanding of not only the needs and attitudes of individual dogs but also the “pack” make for long lasting positive changes for our k9 counterparts. I specifically like his ability to demonstrate with his own dogs and implement them into our training sessions.
