Recently had an initial rattlesnake avoidance training with my two dogs (two very curious boys, one of which is a 9 month old puppy) I feel much better after having them receive this training. The trainers are very friendly and made sure both of my dogs were comfortable and accepting of them prior to starting the exercise with them. I was worried that my puppy would be stubborn and continue to try to investigate but was pleasantly surprised to see him pick up the point that he needs to stay away. I would recommend the rattlesnake avoidance class to anyone who is looking. They do also offer other types of training including toad avoidance which is also a big problem in our area.

Extremely poor communication skills. I’ve contacted this place numerous times and get only partial responses back until I call and leave a message. The response is that they aren’t receiving some of my texts. Weird! My phone shows that they were delivered. I received rattlesnake training years ago for my dogs with JJ and thought he was wonderful. I do not know what has happened but this doesn’t seem to be the same business. They really are not interested in the customer or in their needs at all.
