My 5 month old puppy just finished his 4 weeks of basic training with Jon. It was a wonderful experience for my pup and myself. Jon is great to work with and really knowledgeable. He is always available to answer any of my questions even after training. Thank you Jon, also thank you to the young ladies for their assistance. Definitely would recommend "steady paws "

My one year old pup and I just finished the 6 week private lessons with Jon. I can not recommend him enough! Before training I had a dog who had no boundaries and could be slightly aggressive with me when he didn’t want to do things such as ear drops and putting a cone on his head to the point to where I was somewhat fearful of him. Now after training sessions with Jon, Melvin respects boundaries and is tolerable of situations that make him uncomfortable. This is has been the best investment for my pup and I!

My chihuahua, Reggie, received excellent training from Jon. Reggie had a streak of stubborn in his personality. Jon was able to help us break through this trait and enjoy our new dog to the fullest. Reggie would not accept a collar at all or a walk around the block. After a couple training sessions with Jon, Reggie was wearing a collar with no issues and we finally got to enjoy a walk. Jon actually trained me, the dog owner! I highly recommend Steady Paws.
Our 6 month old pittie pup was so high energy she got herself into LOTS of trouble! After just 4 weeks with Jon she's like a new dog--calm, respectful of our older dog & listens a lot better. So glad I brought her to Steady Paws!
