STAT K9 Training

We have a 4 month old German Shepherd named Barkley. We contacted Tina, at STAT K9 Training, to help us in a few areas. Barkley loved to put everything in his mouth, including our hands, he also did not walk well on a leash and was very excitable in public areas (barking, pulling on the leash). After two weeks of training with Tina, Barkley is now a pleasure to walk with. He doesn't pull on the leash and sits when we stop. We took him to a garden center the other day, he did great in the car and did not bark or lunge at people. He quietly sat still and let folks admire and pet him. Tina was a pleasure to work with, and we are very happy with the progress Barkley has made. Tina met with us a couple times during the training to let us observe, ask questions and to give us advice on his training. We feel much more confident now in working with Barkley to maintain and enhance his obedience training.

We can't thank Tina enough for all she has done for us and our Goldendoodle, Chester. Prior to training, he was anxious, reacted to every dog on our walks and territorial in our yard when others passed by. It has only been a week since he has been home and he is a different dog. He is calmer, more confident and overall much better behaved. We can go on walks and he does not react to dogs anymore and we can even be on our deck and sit in peace. While we still have work ahead of us, Tina set us on a path that feels manageable. We are forever grateful!
