Starmark Animal Behavior Center

My family was in need of behavioral training for our dog and we couldn’t be happier with the experience we had at Starmark! From the very beginning, Paige, our trainer, was absolutely fabulous. She was incredibly communicative and created an environment where we felt confident our pup was in good hands. Our dog is older, which initially made us skeptical about how much progress could be made, but Paige and the Starmark team exceeded all expectations. They worked with him patiently and effectively, and the results have been life-changing for our family. We are so grateful for everything they’ve done. While Starmark is often highly recommended, my recent adoption experience was unfortunately disappointing. The pick-up process was notably uncomfortable, marked by a lack of professionalism and a generally unfriendly, and distasteful atmosphere. From the initial uneasy greeting to the silent, awkward wait, the overall experience was far from welcoming. The dog I adopted was also visibly dirty, suggesting a potential oversight in pre-adoption care. I hope Starmark will consider improving its customer service and adoption procedures to ensure a more positive experience for future adopters. I had also noticed in the folder that they gave me , none of his reports are in there. I wasn’t told any tricks that he might know. And I was given three basic obedience commands.

We recently picked up our girl Tequila Lime from a 2 week board and train, and we could no be more happy. We truly appreciate all of the time that they took with her to be where she is now. Caylie was our trainer and kept me updated as the progress went along, I do wish we got more updates but I understand that it is hard to update every single day. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking to do a board and train to work with Caylie. We will look towards doing group lessons in the future.
