Very disappointing and kinda disturbing. Did a couple daycare visits and no problem. I had a work thing and needed to leave him for a couple days. First, they tell me my dog will be "going home" with a staff member - no more details. I pressed them (didn't know what to bring, etc) and I get a snarky text from a female staff member that she only wants me to text. Fine. I text her a couple days before the scheduled boarding "Let me know what I should bring. Thx!" No response until literally the day of and she says "Hey this is Jo. Are you dropping him off today?" As if I would trust her with my dog! I had already given a $160+ deposit. I called. No action. No refund.
Every other negative review gets a "response" from the owner. None to date for mine. Just sayin.

Cody’s beginner class was a great place for us to start learning fundamentals. My dog, Cowboy, refused to perform the down command for much of the class but Cody worked with us each week and Cowboy finally caught on. The biggest change was Cowboy learned not to bark like a little maniac anytime he sees another person or dog. We graduate today and are already looking forward to the intermediate class.

Cody was so great with Mocha! She was a shy little pup, but now she is a well-mannered 100 lb Pyrenees. Thankfully Cody had a Pyr as well, and recognized how stubborn our girl could be sometimes, but worked through it!
