We trained our German Shepherd with Chris over 7 years and had a great experience. Harley was a protection dog and was trained to Schutzhund 3 level. We chose Chris as our trainer before we even had found Harley. Chris helped us determine the quality and capability of the dog before we purchased him. We felt very comfortable training with Chris because his Methode is emphasized on positive behavior of the dogs action and rewarding. There is no intimidation used in his trainings. This leads to maybe a longer training time, but the results and long lasting connection between the dog and handler and kids are worth the effort. As Chris would say “I train the owner 80% and the dog 20%.”Consistency and follow trough is the most important aspect of a handler. If you are not afraid to put in the work, I can highly recommend Chris and his team.
