FirstBarkI booked a grooming appointment weeks in advanced and was called the day of to cancel because one of their many groomers had a family conflict. For last minute cancellations on the customer side, their policy states their is a full charge, but there was no resolution offered for the day of due to their last minute scheduling issues. An appoint over a week later was offered up.

Molar loves his visits at SpaDel! I loved getting updates from Tahlina. I can tell how much she loves him by his comfort around her! So happy to have this place in Auburn!
We boarded our dogs for an extended stay at Spa Del for the first time and they came home happy and healthy. Our dogs have very different needs and personalities. They were able to spend their days doing activities they enjoyed (sleeping; doggy daycare) while also sharing a room at night. The on-site groomers did a great job and the staff seemed to know our dogs well.
This was my first time using Spa Del. My golden retriever stayed for the day. She got to play for half the day then was groomed by Shelly. She had a great time and Shelly did a fabulous job on the grooming. Their pool was very nice and I love that it is shaded/covered. The splash pad was not operating at the time so she was not able to play in that area that day and I specifically wanted her to be able to enjoy that so that was my only disappointment.

The Dog training services at Spa Del are impressive! Kayla, the head trainer, was amazing! She took the time to get to know us and understand our situation. She thoroughly assessed our senior dog and then brought us in to provide hands-on instructions. I appreciated her positive approach, which focused on rewarding good behavior. Afterwards, Kayla provided a detailed, personalized summary and excellent guidance moving forward. I would highly recommend Kayla for any dog training needs!
