FirstBarkKaren is an incredible trainer and I could not be happier with her services! She helped me to build a loving/trusting relationship with my 4 year old Great Dane. Karen is a warm, empathetic trainer. We did 6 weeks of puppy training (with our 3 year old dachshund - - she's small enough to be a puppy) and it's made a huge difference in her behavior. She's happily obedient and much more confident!
Karen was able to help us understand our headstrong husky puppy and start her off in the right paw! Can’t wait to get more training under our belt. :)

Karen is a very kind, patient and supportive trainer. Her techniques address the physical, emotional, biological and psychological needs of her canine clients through teaching their human counterpart(s) fun and interesting ways to interact with/train their dogs. She engages the dogs in very positive ways and provides lots of encouragement to both pet and parent. She meets her clients wherever they are in the journey and keeps it light and fun. This training is as much for the human as it is for the dogs. She uses supplemental videos/Facebook/handouts to reinforce what's been taught. I feel that you get out of this what you put into it which could be quite a lot if you are a highly motivated pet parent.
Both my pups enjoyed classes and had fun! They love the new games we learned too. Thanks Karen and Sasha!
