South Paw

I took my senior dog there in 2013. I explained that she was acting a little strange and seemed to be having what the vet described as doggie demtia. I told the owner that if she resists too much or if it becomes a problem to groom her to just call me and let her go. I would have been happy to pay for whatever time she had spent on my dog. since my dog was a senior she was matted and unkept due to her unwillingness to allow me to brush or bath her. I understood she was a mess and assured the owner i really did not care what she looked like afterwards as long as she was kept comfortable and safe. When I returned my dog was literally shaved to the skin and I Was informed it took 2 people to hold her down while she buzzed clipped her. I paid and left and felt very guilty for taking my poor dog there to be held down when I asked to be called. I regret it and still feel bad about that.
