Great friendly people Done a great job on a puppy that probably gave Thema hard time being groomed.
I love this place in the job they do with my havanese most people don't know they don't have fur they have hair and it's very hard to manage southpaw does an excellent job with my dog no matter how long or how many times I pressure she's always mad and they take care of that I will continue to take my dog she gets excellent care and excellent grooming thank you southpaw

Okay, they were not very prompt returning my call, and when they did, someone had already messaged me thru messenger. Their inter communications need some work clear they aren't talking to each other. And they only take dogs 20 pounds and under. So, I was disappointed and had to be rejected for a second time for a 45-pound dog. Not particularly nice on phone. So felt like I was truly an interruption.
