My dog recently completed SADC’s 15-day best friend program, and I really am so glad I chose this team to help work with his special quirks, like over-arousal and learning where he is in his dog-dog socialization. Erica and Lynette spend careful time really getting to know each dog and their individualities. They then provide you with specific knowledge and tools to meet your dog where they’re at and grow with them from there. I have walked away from this experience with a strong sense that my dog is more comfortable, and that I am better equipped to understand him. Thank you SADC team!

SADC is hands down the best dog training program in the Austin area, we are so grateful we were recommended to them! Our Australian Shepherd Indy struggles with fear based anxiety and reactivity, and finding the right fit for her took some time. Erica and Lynette were incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cared about understanding her behavior. They were patient with Indy, took the time to teach us about what she was experiencing and taught us tools that helped at home. We loved getting updates about her day after every session, and they were always flexible and accommodating when we needed to reschedule. We were so impressed after her initial program that we signed up for additional classes including an alumni class. Indy and I both are now more relaxed on walks when other dogs are around and she has made real, tangible progress. If you have a dog and need any guidance with training, I HIGHLY recommend SADC.

Lynnette and Erica are wonderful to work with. They truly care about your dog’s experience and relationship with their own bodies and with you. They focus on teaching and sharing knowledge to set you up for success with your dog. They helped identify a potential physical challenge early, which is allowing me to help my dog sooner rather than later. They offer continued services and support as well, which has been invaluable to me and my dog Bug. Thank you, thank you for all your help!

We had such a great experience with SADC! My weenie, Winston, had all sorts of problem areas. To be honest, I was worried that there was no one that could help us- I have been proven wrong! We did the Peace of Mind program and it’s done wonders for both Winston and myself. Now I know how to keep up with training at home and reinforce what we’ve already learned/been working on. If I had another dog, I’d trust Erika, Lynette, and the SADC team all over again. It’s been great as a dog owner to feel like I have support when things feel chaotic with a new rescue pup. We're so grateful for SADC! Our leash-reactive dog Fish attended their Day School and it was incredibly helpful. Not only did we see improvement, but also learned a lot of tools to continue implementing at home. Both Erica and Lynette are incredibly patient and kind, both to us and Fish in our journey with Fish's behavior. We've already signed up for multiple alumni classes, and plan to continue to work with them in the future!
