Hi Matt!<br><br>We do apologize for the inconvenience, however, we have added new staff recently to accommodate new comers like yourself and their schedules had yet to be blocked before it filled extremely quickly. We always do our best to accommodate and move appointments when things like this come up, however, disrespect is not tolerated in our shop. Clients who do not support our teams education (which betters themselves and you pup's experience) are not a good fit here. Good luck on your future grooming endeavors.

Hi William,<br><br>Zoey's basic pug groom did take longer than typically expected due to the fact that she did not like the blow dryer. However, if it did take 5 hours, the grooming salon would have been closed by then. We are a holistic grooming salon and do not push dogs through processes that cause extreme stress. When notified, it was explained that she did not like the dryer and that was the cause of the time delay. We do understand Zoey needed more brushing which we provided when you brought her back in and asked. When dogs are in an environment like a grooming salon, sometimes dogs experience higher stress levels which can cause stress shedding. If we had continued brushing Zoey we could have caused brush burn and irritation to her skin. We are always happy to offer more brushing services if we are notified.<br><br>For future grooming experiences to go smoother for Zoey, I would recommend exposing her at home to items like the blow dryer and an electric tooth brush to stimulate what the grinder would feel like on her feet with lots of positive reinforcement like her favorite treats. <br><br>We wish you the best of luck on your future grooming endeavors and are more than happy to discuss your concerns further at 2076672924.
