Whiskey's Puppy training was excellent. She is a 7 month English lab full of energy. Els training is well thought out, practical, and thorough. You can tell she has years of experience bc her training is effective. Homework exercises from one wk to the next help reinforce the puppy's behavior....and the owners as well. We live in Georgia in town for the summer and are delighted to find this training. Our entire class signed up for Puppy Training 2 starting in August. We are excited to all be together again. I was recommended to check out this trainer by a friend and I’m very happy I did! While my 2-year old pup is quick to pick up commands, we have had a couple rough encounters with off leash dogs in the past which left us both anxious around other dogs. Something Els Dog School is an enriching weekly activity for both me and my dog (we both look forward to the classes) while also providing a safe and relaxing environment that has helped desensitise my dog to being around other dogs. We were so pleased with the first session we have signed up for another! Thank you for the wonderful service you provide Els!

We attended Puppy Fun Class this past winter with our 6 month old Gold Retriever. Els was initially very informative and professional. About half way through the class our puppy developed a medical issue. We were advised by our vet to limit activities until we were able to see an ortho/neuro specialist-which we were not able to schedule an appointment with for several weeks. We emailed Els asking if we could finish the puppy class at a later date. She replied that she did not refund classes, but we could attend without our dog. We acknowledged that we understood the no-refund policy, but we did not feel as though we would gain the proper training from attending a puppy training course without our dog. We again asked if we could finish the course at a later date if there were openings. She once again explained that she could not refund the class and was unwilling to work with us after our puppy had been cleared by the specialist to resume normal activity. While we would recommend the course and facility, we are extremely disappointed in the fact that we did not get the services we expected and paid for.
