She is a rescue puppy who we think had a rough start to life. Lots of fear and lots of energy at the same time. She’s loving learning new things and I love learning how to better connect with her and help build her confidence!

About Something Els Dog School LLC Positive Reinforcement Dog Training
Burt & Els Cox are the co-owners of Something Els Dog School LLC, a dog school with a different approach. We will teach you how to work with your dog in a positive way with rewarding & playful games that teach your dog good manners and behaviors. The advantages of positive reinforcement dog training include improving your relationship with your dog and a dog that will listen better. In turn, your dog will become more social and have better manners both inside and outside of your home! We offer dog obedience classes in Erie, PA and the surrounding areas. My wife and I have gone to 5 of El’s classes and have enjoyed them all. Our dog Pearl loves going there and seeing Els. She has a nice way of teaching dogs.
This class is amazing ! The trainers are wonderful and very knowledgeable! Not only does our dog learn a ton, she has a blast doing it!!!!

We have a 6 month old Golden Retriever. We started with the Puppy Fun I class and we're currently almost finished with the Puppy Fun II class. We are extremely happy with the training we've received. The owners taught us how to use positive reinforcement with our pup. They are very patient and seem to have a 6th sense in reading individual dogs and knowing what they need. They are very knowledgeable about the different breeds and give creative solutions when you're working through something with your pup. The facility is clean and safe. We couldn't be more happy with these classes and we hope to take more in the future. We've seen great learning & progress with our very active pup!
Another wonderful experience at Something Else Dog School. My dog and I took a class on scent work. It was well-organized, well taught, and just a lot of fun. Looking forward to Scent Class II.
