I have been taking my dogs to SmartyPaws for years, and I cannot say enough good things about the team. The staff has always been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever I have had questions or needed support. Over the years, I have completed all of the basic obedience classes as well as several advanced classes with Julie. My dogs also attend Boot Camp, and I specifically schedule them on days when Julie is there. She is incredibly professional, but what sets her apart is the personal attention she gives to every dog and owner. Julie truly takes the time to understand each client’s needs and is dedicated to helping both dogs and their owners succeed. The training, care, and commitment we have received at SmartyPaws have been outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dog training and a team that genuinely cares about their clients.

We absolutely love this place! Zuko has been coming here for daycare and boot camp, and the progress he has made has been incredible. When we first started, he struggled with reactivity and socializing with other dogs. Over the course of about 9 months, he has changed so much. He is still an excited dog and sometimes has trouble controlling himself, but the improvement has been tremendous. Julie and her team have been patient, knowledgeable, and truly amazing with him. You can tell they really care about the dogs and know exactly what they are doing. They are the best at what they do, and I would recommend this place to everyone I know. We are so grateful for everything they have done for Zuko. This place is magnificent!

We have had an amazing experience at Smarty’s Paws! The facility itself is always incredibly clean, organized, and inviting, and every single staff member we’ve encountered has been friendly and welcoming.A huge, special shoutout to Julie, who has been absolutely wonderful with our husky, Chukchee. She has helped him immensely with basic obedience and building up his confidence. Anyone who knows the husky breed knows how stubborn they can be, but Julie’s patience is truly amazing. The bootcamp sessions have made a noticeable difference for us. We’ve had such a great experience that we can’t wait to come back and try out different training experiences in the future. Highly recommend Julie and the team!

My rescue dog was extremely timid and anxious. We started classes when he was about 6 months old at Smarty Paws. On day one he crawled into my lap wouldn’t take treats and was terrified. Now he gets so excited to go to classes that he is practically bouncing all the way in. Julie has become his best friend and he has made a couple dog friends because of the work she has helped me put into him. My extremely fearful boy has become a much more confident version of himself because of the countless hours of work. Julie doesn’t just train dogs but she trains the owners to be the best they can for their dog! My boy and I have grown together thanks to the incredible staff at Smarty Paws and his best friend Julie!
