Smart Start Puppies - Dog Training

I was referred to Smart Start for help with my 3.5-year-old English Bulldog, Louie, who had become reactive, especially around young kids he used to play with. From the start, David provided thorough information about their training programs and offered exceptional customer service, reassuring me that they could help. Tony, our trainer, was incredibly knowledgeable and connected with Louie right away. Every interaction with the team, whether for scheduling or questions, has been handled with professionalism and promptness. Though Louie's training isn't complete, we've already seen positive results thanks to Tony's guidance. I highly recommend Smart Start David, Tony, and Julie are an outstanding team!

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Smart Start Puppies! Our dog (3.5yo bernedoodle) needed a lot of help with barking, whining, howling, etc. He had seen many trainers before and no one could really control or even help his barking/howling/crying problems. We did a 2 week boot camp with Smart Start and he’s a brand new dog. His barking/howling/crying has almost entirely stopped and when he does do it he self-soothes very quickly. He’s so much calmer and more confident, which leads to less noise. We’re so thrilled with his progress and cannot thank Julie and Nicole enough! I highly recommend the company and the trainers. We also regularly got updates and pictures of his training!
