We take concerns about animal care very seriously and would like to clarify several points, as some of the information in this review is inaccurate.<br><br>First, the dogs observed crated in vehicles were working dogs belonging to staff members, not boarded pet dogs. These dogs are trained for structured work and rest cycles. Their needs and tolerances are very different from typical pet dogs, and what is appropriate for them would not be suitable — or enjoyable — for most family pets.<br><br>Second, we do not have a set “5–10 minute playtime policy.” Our boarding dogs receive 6–8 individualized potty breaks and walks daily, adjusted to the dog’s age, health, temperament, and stress level. We intentionally prioritize calm, structured care over constant stimulation, as this significantly reduces anxiety, overstimulation, and injury — especially in a boarding environment.<br><br>We are not a daycare-style facility, and we are very transparent about that during tours. Many dogs thrive with structure, rest, and routine rather than prolonged group play. Others may prefer facilities with continuous group play, and we fully support owners choosing the environment that best fits their dog.<br><br>Lastly, our staff is actively monitoring dogs at all times, even if that does not always look like constant physical movement. Supervision includes observation of body language, stress signals, and behavior — not just standing or walking continuously.<br><br>We respect that our model is not the right fit for every dog, and we appreciate you touring our facility to make an informed decision.
