Smart Dogs Training & Lodging

We just adopted our new puppy, Matty, and he would NOT stop biting us to the point of breaking skin. We were ready to surrender him back to the shelter, but Ian from Smart Dogs offered to move our in-home training appointment earlier to help us out. Within 90 minutes Matty stopped biting, learned to go up/down stairs, and we were equipped with tools to continue his training. We purchased a full in-home training package right on the spot. I know this sounds too good to be true, but we were AMAZED at Ian's expertise, patience, and the results speak for themselves. Smart Dogs is HIGHLY recommended.

I recommend Ian from Smart Dogs because he is the best at what he does. He has the perfect balance of training/instructing, and love. My dog felt that and responded so amazingly to that energy. Ian got our dog, Levi,test ready to pass his therapy dog certification. Smart Dogs has also resolved behavioral issues with our past dogs. Ian can handle every issue, big or small that rears it’s annoying head. Now Smart Dogs is training my son and daughter-in-law’s new puppy and she’s doing great. She has stopped mouthing and nipping. She’s sitting on command as well as “down” in just one week.
