Smart Dog Obedience

Two and a half years ago I adopted a Beagle/Australian cattle dog mix. All I had seen about the breed was they were friendly and had a great personality. This was true. What I didn't know was how destructive and energetic they were. I have to admit that before I found Smart Dog, I tried to rehome Jake a number of times. He was just too much for me. I was miserable. It has been a year since our Smart Dog training. He listens now to my commands. He has become an enjoyable part of my life. Smart dog also has outings that we can go to for the life of the dog. These are so beneficial as Jake and I can always use the reinforcement. I would definitely recommend Smart Dog to everyone.

We took our first dog to Smart Dog several years ago after he started eating socks and rocks. We met Lea and from the first introduction we knew this was the right fit for us and our dog. Blue went through 6 weeks of off leash training and the transformation was amazing. We knew right away after getting our second dog Skye, that she would also go through the Smart Dog training. The logic that Smart Dog uses is tailored to the dog’s & owner’s needs. Once you are in the pack, you can rely on Lea, Frankie and the rest of the crew for any guidance if needed.
