About Sit, Stay, 'N Play

Sit, Stay, ‘N Play in Stroudsburg, PA is a dog training and social center that lets your dog meet other dogs and people, providing both mental and physical stimulation.Our indoor area is climate controlled for year-round fun, sports, and training. We also have a gym complete with equipment that accommodates up to 15 dogs.Unlike some dog training classes, Sit, Stay, ‘N Play classes are held indoors with over 2,300 square feet for our training center. We use environmentally friendly recycled tire flooring specifically designed for dog training and agility. Our rubber flooring gives added traction, joint protection and shock absorption to the dogs (and trainers!) while running and jumping.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Sit, Stay, and Play. I’ve been bringing my sweet dog here for over a year with Dagan as our trainer, and the progress he’s made is incredible. Dagan and all of the trainers are knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly invested in each dog’s success. The classes are supportive, well-structured, and tailored to help dogs thrive. My dog is happier, more confident, and genuinely excited to go to class. I’m so grateful for this community and highly recommend Sit, Stay, and Play.

They helped us start with basic training to build trust and understanding, and before we knew it, we were doing agility—something we never imagined possible. My kids and I attended the beginner dog obedience class that was geared towards having the kids be the trainers. The instructor was very patient with my highly distractible kids and kept it positive and upbeat. The instructor had good tips for how to elicit different behaviors and only used positive reinforcement methods, which was important to me. The class concluded with a puppy obedience test. They were very easy to communicate with and booking the class was easy. Only drawback was that because we ended up being the only people in the class we didn't have a chance to practice interactions with other dogs, but that was just by chance.
