Very bizarre experience. Waited months to get into a training program where I was very upfront about my dog’s specific issues. The program advertised working on separation anxiety, one on one training, and “opportunity” for socialization with other dogs. Sounded great. I emailed back and forth about my dog and it all seemed good. Finally they asked me to bring her in, called me 15 mins later and said “she doesn’t get along with other dogs,” and sent me a surprise bill for $75. When we asked if there might have been a misunderstanding, they just said “did you really think she’d be the only dog here?” Update: the SSF team reached out to me, and made it right. They really went out of their way to correct this misunderstanding

Fantastic. Sent my dog off for a week long board-and-train with Jamie a few months ago and can not believe what a difference it made in her behavior. She is now well-behaved, significantly less reactive on her leash, and much easier to control in general. My friends and family have all commented on how easy she is to manage despite only recently turning a year old. I'm looking forward to our next follow up session for a bit more continued refinement. I can't recommend this place enough. 5 stars.
