Sit n' Stay Dog Training

My husband and I paid $750 up front as requested for 3 training sessions. They were booking out a few weeks. In those weeks, we started working with our dog at home intensely - when we started seeing progress, we tried to cancel the classes since they hadn't done any for us yet. They will not refund our money after providing no services for us!!! NO WHERE does it say "no refunds" or anything along those lines. They've given us the run around for weeks now, saying they'll pass it on to the CEO as they're the only one who can process refunds - we've heard nothing. Again, no service provided and kept our money (and $750 is not a small amount!). UPDATE: The owner said she was sending us a refund check after a ton of back and forth and her giving us a hard time. That was over a week and a half ago, still no check!!!

My wife and I have used sit n stay on two separate occasions for our rescue pup we brought into our family last July. Once for in home/private lessons and once for group classes. In both instances, our sit n stay trainers were GREAT. As first time dog parents, they gave us all the tools we needed to be successful with our pup and the confidence that with time and effort, we could work with her to make in home and real world situations more comfortable for all parties!

The staff at Sit n' Stay are the best. Their kindness to the dogs and owners shows in their words and actions. When I first started taking my Golden Retrieve pup another owner told me the program was life changing for their dog and family. I have to agree Jack is 7 months old and knows his commands, responds to come and is the happiest puppy. The investment in training will help me as I age knowing Jack is trained and will be my life time companion. Thank you so much for a great staff. Thank you Sit n" Stay for helping Jack become a Good Citizen. I highly recommend their training programs.
