Our program is designed as a two-phase process: first, we work with your dog through structured daycare training sessions, and then we train you, the owner, through personalized lessons and group classes to maintain and build upon the progress made. As part of our commitment to transparency, we begin the program with an in-depth orientation, including an at-home routine to reinforce training between sessions. While we understand that life can sometimes get in the way, consistent follow-through is essential to your dog’s progress. Unfortunately, missing sessions, skipping group classes, and interruptions in the routine—such as the time your dog was left in another caregiver’s hands—did impact your dog's ability to fully benefit from the training. We also want to reassure you that your program includes lifetime follow-up training for you and a lifetime guarantee on the training program itself.
