Everything negative you’ve heard about this place is, sadly, true. Do not leave your dog here — they are not treated well and absolutely will not come back properly trained. From my own personal experience, my dog returned terrified, thin, and deeply traumatized. It broke my heart to see the condition they were in.Not only will your pet suffer, but you’ll also face expensive vet bills trying to help them recover — both physically and emotionally. You’ll feel terrible knowing that your dog was treated so poorly by people you trusted.Save yourself, your money, and most importantly, your dog. Go anywhere else. Do not take them here. I wish I had listened to the warnings. Everything bad claimed about them was true in my experience.

I can’t say enough good things about Sit and Stay Dog Academy! The training experience has truly strengthened my bond with my dog, Dallas. The trainers are knowledgeable, patient, and clearly care deeply about every dog they work with. I especially appreciated their commitment to the dogs’ well-being and their clear, consistent communication throughout the process. Dallas and I both learned so much, and I feel more confident than ever handling and understanding him. Highly recommend Sit and Stay to anyone looking for professional, compassionate training that really works!

I am so incredibly happy that I did not leave my dog in this training place. I was overwhelmed because I had just lost my dog for three days and thank God I got him back. When I went to this training facility, out of several recommendations, they were very rough with how they were handling him and told me that he needed to get training ASAP or he would be a lost cause basically. Funny because I found a really great trainer closer to me that would come out and do one on one training with me in my own surroundings, which is what works best. My new trainer also charged way less and was a gentle training, which is what my dog needed. The last thing I should have done would be to leave my dog with them, especially after he had been lost and then I was told that they had lost a couple dogs that had escaped. Not acceptable and seeing all these other negative reviews I am so happy I went with my gut feeling.

Even for Someone Who Doesn’t Like Training or People - Sit N Stay is the Best! I’ll be honest - I’m not the “dog training type.” I don’t enjoy group classes, I don’t like the usual trainer talk, and I’d rather not deal with people if I can avoid it. But Sit N Stay Dog Academy? They completely won me over. We brought our Husky girl there at 12 weeks old, and they worked magic. She came back still full of personality, but actually listens, behaves, and makes our lives a thousand times easier. Then, when we rescued an American Bully who had been abandoned by some local baseball player, Sit N Stay gave her the love and structure she needed to feel safe again. Watching her transform from scared and unsure into confident and happy was unbelievable. I don’t hand out compliments easily, but Sit N Stay deserves every one. They make training simple, effective, and stress-free - even for someone like me who doesn’t usually like the process. They truly are the best!
