Dave was overwhelmingly accommodating when it came to our comfort levels with her training, even making a house visit to work with her (and us) on house guarding and reactivity. We feel much more confident in all aspects of Penny’s training - even enjoying long hikes with her off leash - something we’d never be able to do before our trainings with Dave. We can’t recommend him enough!

He does a great job of not just training the dog, but training the owner for a lifetime of success with your dog. Not to mention she is a much better walker now, never pulling or barking at other dogs like she used to.
Sit Means Sit was everything we were looking for in a trainer and we are so thankful we found them. Highly Recommend!!!

Dave is the best! We called Dave after he was highly recommended by a friend. I was nervous as our dogs (both wonderful but high energy Bernedoodles) were not puppies. One is 6 the other 3. I wanted to enjoy walks again and be confident they wouldn’t jump when people came to the door.

It's been a few months since leaving Sit Means Sit and wanted to post an update.
Our almost 1 year old Co-Jack is now fully off leash trained and is living her best puppy life.

I can't express enough how much this training has improved my life and my relationship with my dog. Dave was very patient with me and with Page as we learned, he truly wants us to be happier and safer. My previously annoying, stubborn dog is now so much more polite and is welcome wherever we go. No more jumping, barking, growling, or leash pulling. I am much happier, I don't worry about her trying to take off. She is much less anxious and gets along with other dogs much better. I get compliments on her behavior, and I am recommending Sit Means Sit to every dog owner I know.
