I have to say I was disappointed in the fact that NO WHERE on their website does it say E Collar training. My 2 boston terriers have been traumatized in the past by E Collar training by "professionals" and I was looking for ANYTHING but that. I feel like I wasted my time coming in for the consult only to be told that positive reinforcement doesn't work (??). 2 STARS for giving me a referral to Pawsitive up the street who uses praise for good behavior and not shock.

We took my puppy there over the summer! The staff was great at teaching us the lessons, going over everything they did that day with our pup and supporting us through it. Highly recommend SMS, my pup came back a better listener and I couldn’t thank them enough! The pricing is high, but it’s worth it.

Miah did an outstanding job with my boy Rip. She helped me understand how the whole processes worked. She made it easy to follow the flow of the program and what my expectations are once I take him home. I knew exactly what to do each day. I could see the difference in my boy after 2 days of me staying consistent with the training instructions. I can finally take him on walks again. I gained the confidence that I have control when we are in public. The after-care plan sets you and your dog up for success. I am enjoying my dog the way it should be. I am excited about being able to take him on adventures with me.
