We do not require such agreements, nor do we threaten legal action against clients for sharing their opinions.<br><br>Training Tools – The Remote training collar we use is a remote communication tool designed to provide low-level, tactile stimulation—similar to a gentle tap on the shoulder to get attention. Numerous peer-reviewed studies, including one published in Frontiers in Veterinary Science (2020), have shown that when used correctly, modern e-collar training can be both safe and effective, and in some cases even improve responsiveness and reduce stress when compared to other methods.<br><br>We also take comments about our staff very seriously.
