Didnt see anything about prices on website. Are they expensive?

It is all dependent on your needs and what program you choose (group lessons, at home training, day training etc) we found the price to be well worth it with all our package included

Question on Google
Do you only train big dogs? I have a 6 mo old cavachon and she is out of control. Smart but bad. Big problems with potty training and chewing

They train all kinds of dogs. Bloodhounds to Yorkies. You can even get private lessons! Hope this helps.

Our Posotive Experience with Sit Means Sit Pittsburgh and Our Shetland Sheepdog, Willow. When our sweet Shetland Sheepdog, Willow, turned one, she was an absolute bundle of joy—but also a total handful! This adorable, immature furball was bursting with energy and had an irresistible urge to chase anything with wheels, which quickly turned our walks into heart-pounding adventures. She’d lunge after speeding cars, pull wildly on the leash, and get so fixated on other dogs that she completely ignored us. As parents, we knew we needed professional help to keep her safe and turn her into the calm, reliable companion we dreamed of—especially since Willow was meant to be an emotional support dog for our daughter. That’s when we turned to Sit Means Sit in Pittsburgh, and it was the best decision we ever made. From the very first session, their trainers were patient, knowledgeable, and tailored everything to Willow’s high-energy personality and our family’s needs. They used positive, effective techniques that focused on building her confidence and our bond with her, without any harsh methods.(I was worried about the e-collar but was pleasantly surprised as how gentle it is for training. Yes, I even used it on myself to make sure.) Fast forward to today: We’ve just wrapped up our training program, and I am beyond relieved—and thrilled—with the transformation. Willow has grown into such a mature, enjoyable one-year-old pup! She’s no longer pulling on the leash or reacting wildly to other dogs; instead, she walks calmly by our side, giving us her full attention. She can now play happily with other dogs during socialization time, but she checks in with us often and seems to enjoy playing with our daughter more than chasing after other dogs. And the best part? Her recall is rock-solid—we can even take her off-leash on long nature trails or hikes. No more chasing wheels or cars; she’s focused, responsive, and a true joy to be around. Willow is now the perfect emotional support dog for our daughter, providing that undivided attention and comfort she needs. Sit Means Sit Pittsburgh didn’t just train our dog—they helped our whole family. If you’re in the Pittsburgh area and dealing with a spirited pup like ours, I can’t recommend them enough. They’ve given us peaceful walks, fun adventures, and a deeper connection with Willow. Thank you, Sit Means Sit!! 🐶❤️

Their training method worked great with our very energetic Irish Doodles. Christina, who was our primary trainer, explained techniques really well and took her time with our dogs... and us! Loved having the post session videos so I could review techniques whenever needed.

I was at first hesitant to take my puppy to training cause I thought I could do it on my own. I’m so glad I took him cause not only did he learn stuff. I learned stuff too, and it’s made life a lot easier for both of us.

We took our wild labs there to help with basic training and listening. I would highly recommend their training program. This summer we got to enjoy walks, a Pittsburgh pirates pup night, and even off leash fun at the beach all because we are able to control our pups without worrying about them! 10/10 would recommend!
