We've had our GS in training at Sit Means Sit just over 2 mos. She has already learned so much. Blake has been amazing with Dixie, but just as important, he's been amazing with us. We're seniors and are at a higher risk for falls. Blake has shown us different modifications to allow us to teach our dog the skills without putting us at risk. SMS is not the cheapest training around, but considering that you can basically get unlimited help, group classes, home visits, etc without any additional fees, the value is hard to match. We hope to start training our younger dog with them soon.

We were desperate with our jubilant 11 month old husky/retriever. He calmed down within a week as he learned expectations and tasks. Blake is kind and patient with animals and owners. He came to our home to help solve a problem the same day we called. This training requires consistent practice. What felt expensive became money well spent! Dog and owner are both happier now.

Truly a life-saving experience!
We have our 2 year old dog Julinka trained here, and we are going to continue all year. After just 3 weeks, my dog is listening to my commands and not killing other dogs.
This is giving me more freedom to do more activities and have more fun with her!

Very knowledgeable. Gave me a demonstration of what they would do to train my dog, using my own dog. They didn’t even charge me for it. I’ve had other trainers tell me they would need to charge me for a consultation.

They absolutely deserve more than 5 stars for the depth of knowledge and the dedication they commit to your program. Honestly, If you are looking for training, I cannot recommend Sit Means Sit enough. They took the time to tailor my program to the specific needs and outcomes, as well as the challenges I had with my situation. They emphasize how we communicate with dogs and the mechanics of each interaction so I can easily understand and troubleshoot behaviors and guide my little guy to success. This is really the single stop, frustration free solution you are looking for and it was worth every single penny. I am very glad I decided to work with their team.
